Euston is at the centre of one of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes bringing together a new high-speed rail (HS2) terminal, a new mainline rail station, a major upgrade to the Tube station, and a 60-acre development - The Euston Masterplan.

The Euston Masterplan will deliver new homes, jobs, business and community space and is being brought forward separately to the stations.

Lendlease, as the government’s Master Development Partner, is leading the Euston Masterplan and delivering this once-in-a-generation opportunity. The Masterplan sits alongside wider work at Euston, that is being led by partner organisations involved in the future of the area.
